• The 912141C is a sterile, single-use kit featuring a 1.5 mm JuggerKnot® all-suture anchor, designed primarily for shoulder labral and SLAP repairs. This compact anchor delivers impressive pull-out strength (~65 lbs in cortical bone) despite its small footprint. The kit includes a curved 23° guide instrument with centering drill sleeve, enabling surgeons to drill perpendicular to the bone surface and achieve accurate anchor placement while minimizing tissue trauma and potential malplacement.
• Constructed around 100% suture-based technology with PBS-free components, the anchor consists of a braided polyester sleeve loaded with #2 MaxBraid™ suture. This design avoids hard materials in the joint and improves revision potential while decreasing bone removal compared to traditional rigid anchors.
